Better posture support, built for everyday wear
Lunara combines the familiar support of a posture brace with adjustable EMS stimulation. The brace helps guide your shoulders into a better position while the EMS activates the muscles between your shoulder blades.
- Rounded shoulders after hours at a desk
- Upper-back and neck tension by late afternoon
- Catching yourself hunched over a laptop
- Posture that needs both support and consistent muscle work
Posture is not just willpower. The rhomboids and mid-trapezius muscles between your shoulder blades help pull your shoulders back and hold them there. After years of sitting, they can become underused.
Lunara goes beyond a traditional brace. It still provides physical posture support, then adds EMS pulses that create controlled muscle contractions in the rhomboids and mid-traps.
Support the position. Stimulate the muscles. Keep moving and training.
What EMS adds to a traditional posture brace
Electrical muscle stimulation sends gentle pulses through the skin to contract the rhomboids and mid-traps directly — the same postural muscles engaged during rows and band pull-aparts.
That is the difference between Lunara and a basic posture brace. Both can help hold the shoulders in a supported position, but Lunara also stimulates the muscles responsible for maintaining that position.
You can feel a firm, rhythmic pull between the shoulder blades from the first session. Choose from 12 modes and 36 intensity settings, starting at level one and increasing only while it remains comfortable.
EMS complements regular exercise — it does not replace it.
Right where the weakness is — never on the spine
Most posture products pull at the shoulders or run down the spine. Neither approach targets the muscle itself.
Lunara places two conductive fabric pads between the shoulder blades, one on each side of the centre line, directly over the rhomboids and mid-traps. The pads sit against bare skin and are held flat by the central panel.
A light mist of water helps the current conduct. There are no disposable gel pads to peel off, replace or keep buying.
Two pads. Bilateral placement. No consumables.
Twenty minutes of support and stimulation
Lunara is designed to complement an active routine. Continue with appropriate strength, mobility and posture exercises; use EMS as additional support for the muscles between your shoulder blades.
Put Lunara on against bare skin, choose your setting and sit down. The wireless remote lets you adjust the session without reaching behind your back. A gentle setting after exercise can provide rhythmic stimulation that many people find relaxing for tired muscles.
The controller snaps off so the brace can be washed. Use only an intensity that feels clear and comfortable, especially after a workout.
Wireless remote. Detachable controller. Washable brace.
Real strength for real workdays
Desk and laptop work keeps your arms forward and your upper-back muscles lengthened and underused for hours. Driving and long commutes place you in the same rounded position.
It is also suited to people who have tried posture braces, work from a makeshift home-office setup, notice rounded shoulders in photos, or do plenty of pressing at the gym without enough pulling work.
The goal is to combine immediate posture support with adjustable muscle stimulation. Lunara can support your routine, but regular movement and exercise still matter.
For desk workers, drivers, gym users and anyone wanting more than basic support.

Frequently asked questions
Will I feel it working?
Yes. You should feel a firm, rhythmic pull between your shoulder blades. If you feel nothing, lightly mist the conductive pads with water, make sure they sit flat against bare skin and try again at a low intensity.
Why do the pads need water?
They are reusable dry conductive fabric rather than disposable hydrogel pads. A light mist of water helps the current pass through, so there are no replacement pads to keep buying.
How long should each session be?
Use it for one 20-minute session a day. Like other forms of muscle training, recovery matters, so more is not necessarily better.
Does Lunara replace exercise?
No. Lunara supports posture and stimulates the muscles between your shoulder blades, but it does not replace strength training, mobility work or regular movement. Use it as a complement to an appropriate exercise routine.
Can I use it after a workout?
Yes. A gentle, comfortable EMS setting can provide rhythmic stimulation that may feel relaxing for tired muscles after training. Do not use a painful intensity, and allow your muscles appropriate rest and recovery.
How long before I notice a difference?
Muscle adaptation takes time and results vary. With consistent daily use, you may begin noticing better posture awareness around weeks two to three and find the position easier to hold around weeks four to six.
Can I wear it over clothes?
No. The conductive pads need direct contact with bare skin. Wear it under clothing or with a low-backed top that leaves the pads against the skin.
What intensity should I start at?
Start at level one. Increase gradually until you feel a clear, firm contraction without pain or discomfort. The 36 settings are there so you can build up slowly.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Detach the electronic controller before washing the brace and follow the care instructions supplied with the product.
Will it fix a structural hunchback?
No. Lunara trains the muscles that help hold your posture; it does not change the structure of the spine. If you are concerned about a structural spinal condition, speak with a qualified physiotherapist or doctor.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Contact support within 30 days of delivery if the product is not right for you.
Is Lunara safe for everyone?
EMS is not suitable for everyone. Do not use Lunara if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, or over broken, infected or irritated skin.
Speak with your doctor before use if you have a heart condition, epilepsy or any implanted medical device. Stop using it if stimulation is painful or causes an unexpected reaction.
Lunara is a muscle-stimulation product, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It is not a replacement for professional medical or physiotherapy care.
